The £62.7m, 12-storey Hyatt Hotel is the final part of the city’s prestigious Sovereign Square development.
The hotel operates under the dual brands of Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, providing short and long stay accommodation for guests.
The property comprises 305 units – 217 rooms at the select service Hyatt Place, and 88 extended stay studios and one-bedroom suites with kitchen facilities at the Hyatt House.
Shared facilities at the development include a fitness centre, meeting space, a 24/7 market place, all day dining restaurant Zoom, located on the ground floor, and Azotea Rooftop Bar and Restaurant on the 12th floor.
Hyatt Place Leeds and Hyatt House Leeds has been designed by Leeds-based DLA Architecture. GMI Construction were appointed as the main contractor to carry out the work.
