An £11.4m contract to deliver a further education facility in Leeds under the North East Procurement Organisation’s £800m construction works framework.

Pudsey Sixth Form, which caters for up to 600 students, is designed to meet a projected rise in the number of 16-18 year olds across Leeds over the next decade.

The new two-storey building contains 25 classrooms, 4 laboratory spaces, kitchen, cafe, library, learning zones and ancillary spaces such as toilets, plant and circulation. It will eventually expand to cover 26 different subjects – including A Level, GCSE and vocational courses.
