A £45 million student accommodation development located on York Street in the centre of Nottingham City centre. The scheme provides students with all-round convenience, excellent transport links and a short walk to Nottingham Trent University.

Cassidy Group confirmed the scheme was designed in such a way to protect historic caves under the site.
